Shipping Policy

It’s our goal to send you your order with reliable and informative tracking information. We want you to have peace of mind that your package gets from our showroom into your hands exactly how you expect. Our shipping process is as follows:

In stock order will ship within 1-3 business days from the order date. Once the order leaves the store Moments Made is no longer reliable, the delivery dates are reliable, but may not always be guaranteed.

Priority Shipping

Priority shipping is our fastest shipping option. Any orders that may need additional priority shipping, please contact the store at 801.363.3688 to inquire the quickest delivery date, and the additional cost.


After placing an order through, changes cannot be made to the order of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, payment, cancelation, changing items, color changes, etc.


When orders are placed, and shipped we will email/text the tracking information to the contact information that was listed. If you do not receive a tracking number please email If you have concerns about your tracking number updates, contact the carrier directly. We have the same tracking number, and will not have any additional information. 

Lost/Stolen/Undeliverable Items

As you place your order, please ensure that your delivery address was entered correctly. (You can confirm this when you receive the confirmation email). For any mistakes, you can email, we cannot guarantee those corrections after order placements. 

Moments Made cannot be held responsible after orders leave our store. Any issues after leaving the store including, incorrect address, lost during transit, stolen packages, or returned because of delivery issues, will need to be handled directly with the carrier. Any items that are returned due to the reasons above will be treated as our regular return policy.

Local Pickup

Any customers located in Utah will have the option to do a free local pickup! Pick up will be located at Moments Made Bridal (785 West Honda Park Drive Bluffdale, Utah 84065). By selecting this option, you will receive a text/email letting you know the order is ready for pick up.Orders can be picked up during our normal business hours. Order must be picked up within 30 days of being notified or they are subject to our standard return.

Holidays & Sales

During holidays, and sales, orders are subject to take longer than anticipated due to high volumes of orders. We will do our best to fulfill the orders in a timely manner.


Shipping prices for all international orders are calculated at checkout and based on the order's destination country and the weight of your package.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is roughly 2-5 weeks for international orders. This time is an approximation and can be shorter or longer depending on your country of residence and your government's customs processing.


International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes assessed by your country. These are government charges that are your responsibility to pay. For charges and rates please contact your country's customs office.
