Exchange Policy
What options do I have for returning my order?
All dresses are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. We do offer a ONE-TIME exchange on dresses either for a different size, color, or style within the amount you originally paid or greater, but no refunds or store credit. Exchange request must be submitted within 14 days of the dress being delivered, or purchased if bought in store.
How do I exchange my dress?
Please email ecommerce@momentsmadeshop.com to initiate your exchange. Your request will need to be submitted within the 14 day return period. Please provide your order number in the email. Once completed and approved, a return label will be emailed to you.
*Priority and international shipping cost is dependent upon weight and destination, it will be calculated at checkout. Moments Made is not responsible for any additional tax or custom fees on orders.
**Will be honoring exchanges/returns for orders placed prior to 7/17/24 as the policy has changed since then.
