What options do I have for returning my order?
Excluding final sale items, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date if shipped, or 14 days of the purchase date if bought in store. All items must be in new, unwashed, and unused condition. Via our return center, you have will have the choice to return for store credit or be refunded to your original form of payment for the amount of your original purchase minus shipping fees once we’ve received the order back. If you are wanting to exchange your dress for a different size or style of equal or lesser value, please email email@example.com before submitting your return request.
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for a return.
All items must be returned in new, unworn condition.
How do I return/exchange my dress?
Please visit our Return Center to initiate your return. You will need your order number and the email address used for purchase. Once completed and approved a return label will be emailed to you. Your package will need to be postmarked within the 14 day return period.
