Do you have a physical store, if so, where is it located and do you offer in-store pick up?
We are located within the Moments Made showroom in Bluffdale, Utah

If you are a local and would like to save on shipping you can select the “pick-up in store” option during checkout and visit us during our business hours.
Do you offer international shipping?
We are able to ship internationally but keep in mind it is more expensive to do so and delivery can take an additional 2-4 weeks to make it through to customs. You are responsible for any fees that may be incurred.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days, International orders are determined on a case by case basis. A tracking number will be provided via email.
What happens if I order the wrong size dress?
If we have not shipped your order we are happy to make adjustments. Please call or email us with your order number. However, once the order has been shipped, please email us at ecommerce@momentsmadeshop.com to initiate an exchange.
What is your online return/exchange policy?
All dresses are final sale, however we do offer a one-time exchange within 14 days of the purchase/delivery date. You can view our Exchange Policy here.
